Absolutely — most bookings on Khidhma are same-day, and our average matching time is just 41 seconds. You can also schedule for a future date if you prefer.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paymob (credit/debit cards), Fawry, InstaPay, and cash on delivery. All online payments are fully secured.

Are prices fixed?

Yes — you see the full price before confirming your booking, with no hidden fees. The only exception is if the actual job scope changes (e.g. extra parts needed), in which case you'll always approve the new price first.

How does warranty work?

Most services include a warranty period starting the day the work is completed (duration is shown at booking). If a workmanship issue appears within that window, file a claim from the Complaints page and our team will arrange a free fix or fair compensation.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers defects in the workmanship of the original job. It does not cover damage from misuse, later modifications by someone else, or normal wear and tear.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Go to the Complaints section in your app, select the booking, describe the issue, and add photos if possible. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.

Can I cancel after booking?

Yes, anytime from the Bookings tab. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are free. Later cancellations may incur a small fee.
